Job Overview Coverage Type: Call coverage only / 2 hours gratis. Ongoing coverage beginning as soon as possible
• Approximately 5 7 24hr nights of coverage per month
• Primarily weekend coverage, with some variation
• Provider will cover 1 2 hospitals at a time and will know the assigned hospital(s) in advance
• 30-minute response time required for emergency call-backs
• Estimated call volume: calls total; not all require on-site presence

Board Certifications Req d/Preferred : Urology
State License(s): Missouri and Illinois
Certifications: BLS
Willing To License? : IMLC can be considered but must obtain MO and IL
