Urology Opportunity in Central Texas

Robotics Available, No Income Cap

An established Central Texas urology practice is adding a physician due to growing patient demand. With immediate volume, strong referral relationships, experienced APP support, and multiple robotic platforms, you'll have the flexibility to build a practice around your clinical interests.

The Practice

• Immediate patient volume with an established referral network
• Clinic next to the hospital, plus an on-site ambulatory surgery center
• Multiple robotic platforms, with room to grow your case volume
• Experienced APPs and a team that has worked together for years
• About 50/50 clinic and OR, with 20-25 clinic patients per day on a customizable template
• Manageable call that gets lighter as the team grows, with extra pay for additional coverage
• About 2 outreach days per month, with dedicated staff support

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed base, then an uncapped wRVU model
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $2,000 per month residency stipend
• Relocation assistance and potential student loan repayment
• Malpractice with tail coverage
• PTO, CME time and allowance

Who Should Apply

• Board eligible or board certified in Urology
• Interest in comprehensive general urology
• Robotic experience welcome but not required
• Eligible for a Texas medical license
