  • Specialty Backup Available: Yes, 2 Urologists and 2 NPs
  • Support Staff Available: 2 NPs
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Robotic surgery (da Vinci)
  • Urodynamic testing
  • Cystoscopy
  • Rectal ultrasound
  • Bladder scanning
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC/BE in Urology
  • Other Qualifications: EPIC experience required; MUSC submission checklist required; completion of hospital modules and EPIC personalization prior to start
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide urology clinic coverage Monday through Friday
  • Take night call and weekend 24-hour call
  • Perform robotic surgery using da Vinci robot
  • Perform urodynamic testing, cystoscopy, rectal ultrasound, and bladder scanning
  • Collaborate with 2 other urologists and 2 NPs; manage 25 patients per day; use EPIC EMR
