- Evaluate, treat, and monitor adult patients in an outpatient neurology clinic
- Provide follow-up care for established and returning patients
- Manage patients with migraines, stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, and restless leg syndrome
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing care
- Document clinical encounters in the EPIC electronic medical record
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and nursing staff
Required:
- Board certification
- Active New Hampshire medical license
- BLS certification
- DEA registration
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to provide outpatient neurology care for adults
Preferred:
- Current licensure at the time of application
- Availability for the full Monday Friday schedule
