•Exceptional demand: 100K service area, limited competition & 1-month+ waits for Urology, even in Evansville (nearby metro of about 300,000 people)
•Bread-and-butter case mix (prostate, stones, UTIs & more) w/ referrals from WGH's growing primary care & specialty network
•True 4-day week & minimal call (1 day/week, typically during clinic hours)
•Up to $850K starting base salary, plus opportunity for wRVU & quality bonuses
•$100-150K signing bonus or up to $325K loan repayment for new grads, $15K relocation & an extremely generous retirement match
•Ample block time in 4 renovated ORs, a dedicated first assist & a CRNA team surgeons rave about
