Requirements:

  • Board Certification: BC or BE in urology
  • License Required: PA license
  • DEA: yes
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps available with a clean file
  • 2hr Gratis
  • Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required
  • Prefer someone who is good with communication
  • will accept new grads
