Locums Urology Clinic + OR + Call WA/IMLC Olympia, WA Why This Role

  • 10-12 days/month
  • Mix of clinic + scheduled OR time
  • 24-hour call coverage
  • Weekday + weekend availability
  • APP backup while on call

  • Start: ASAP
  • End: Ongoing
  • Commitment: 10-12 days/month
  • Clinic: 3 days/week
  • Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
  • OR: Scheduled block time
  • Call: 24-hour, 7am-7am
  • Setting: Outpatient clinic + OR/hospital coverage
  • Volume: Up to 16 patients/shift
  • Call volume: 3-4 patients seen; 5-6 phone consults; 2-3 admissions
  • EMR: Epic
  • Credentialing: 90-120 days; expedited privileges may be available with clean history

  • General adult urology
  • Laparoscopic + robotic surgery
  • Ureteroscopy + prostatectomy
  • Cystoscopy + fusion/TRUS biopsies
  • Bladder biopsy + UDS testing
  • Incontinence procedures
  • ESWL
  • Renal/bladder ultrasound
  • PCNL, cystectomy, nephrectomy + radical prostatectomy preferred
    • Requirements
  • Board certified in Urology
  • Active WA license or IMLC
  • ABLS, ACLS, BLS + PALS
  • Required general, laparoscopic + robotic urology skills
    • Compensation
  • Rates: Facility is accepting bids
  • Malpractice provided
  • Travel reimbursed
