  • Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only, M-F, 2 weeks per month, 8A-5P (or 7:30A-4:30P), Provider Min # Shifts Required: 2 weeks per month 40 hrs per week, Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient, Hospital Stroke Certified, Beds In Department: 14, Trauma Level: 2. First Assist experience is a plus but not required.
  • Scope of Work:Physician Assistant - Urology, Patients Per Shift: 22.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WA license, Board Certification, BLS, DEA
  • EMR: Epic.
  • Pay: $110/Hr. plus travel
