Urology Physician Assistant Opening Brockton, MABoston 25mFull Time UrologyPosition Highlights:Full-time Physician Assistant opportunity with an outpatient Urology practiceJoin a team that includes two experienced physicians and dedicated support staffProvide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditionsEvaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic urologic conditionsPerform comprehensive histories and physical examinationsDevelop and implement evidence-based treatment plansOrder and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostic evaluationsPerform office-based urologic procedures within scope of practiceProvide follow-up care, patient education, and counseling regarding treatment and preventive careCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionalsAssist physicians with follow-up of laboratory and imaging results, patient questions, and clinical communicationsAccurately and efficiently document patient encounters in the EMRHospital call is not requiredOptional hospital call shifts may be available for additional compensationOptional call may include weekend or other hospital coverage for providers interested in additional clinical experience and incomeQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent Massachusetts Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensureNCCPA certification requiredDEA registration or eligibilityPrevious Urology experience strongly preferredCandidates with surgical or specialty outpatient experience will also be consideredStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensationAdditional compensation opportunity through optional hospital callComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings planUp to 24 days of paid time offPersonal holidaysCME allowancePaid CME timeMalpractice coverageSupportive, collaborative physician team
