Responsibilities
  • Create user-friendly design solutions addressing complex challenges
  • Develop and present concepts via wireframes, prototypes, and visuals
  • Improve usability, inclusivity, and accessibility of existing products
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Lead usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and other UCD methods
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and deliver business value
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
  • Present design solutions backed by research to clients
  • Advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design methods and tools
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
