- Create user-friendly design solutions addressing complex challenges
- Develop and present concepts via wireframes, prototypes, and visuals
- Improve usability, inclusivity, and accessibility of existing products
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Lead usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and other UCD methods
- Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and deliver business value
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
- Present design solutions backed by research to clients
- Advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methods and tools
- Proficient in Figma
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
