In this Senior Associate User Researcher role, you will deliver actionable insights to shape service experiences aligned with user needs. You join a growing Experience Design capability that prioritizes user-centered design to create quality digital services. You’ll advocate for user needs, apply design thinking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact. This position offers the chance to influence projects at scale and contribute to a people-first culture that values growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Translate user needs into research-driven recommendations that guide service experiences
  • Champion user-centered design and design thinking within projects
  • Design and write comprehensive research plans, coordinating with recruitment or client insight teams as appropriate
  • Align research and testing plans with wider project strategy
  • Conduct interviews with empathetic approach and synthesize findings into actionable insights
  • Produce reports, present findings, and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Maintain sound commercial awareness and demonstrate the value of User Research within the project team
  • Collaborate with the wider project team to embed user research value in delivery
Key requirements
  • Distinguish between requirements and user needs to choose suitable research methods
  • Excellent knowledge of qualitative research methods
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods
  • Ability to design and write research plans with recruitment coordination
  • Research and testing plans aligned with overall project strategy
  • Ability to conduct interviews with empathy
  • Comfortable producing reports, presenting findings, and making recommendations
  • Sound commercial awareness
