In this Nationally based role, you will lead user research to inform and validate HMCTS’s user experience design. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team within DTS to help redesign services around user needs and advance evidence-driven, user-centred outcomes. You’ll work on diverse user groups, from staff to judges, contributing actionable insights that shape digital and non-digital services.
