User Researcher required to join a UK Brand on a remote contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver qualitative and quantitative research.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing and other appropriate research.
• Analyse and communicate clear, actionable insights.
• Work closely with product, design, delivery and technical teams.
• Support recruitment, research operations and tooling.
• Help teams embed continuous user research into agile ways of working.
• Advocate for inclusive, user-centred design.
• Communicate complex findings simply and effectively.

Essential experience

• Strong experience as a User Researcher in a fast-paced environment.
• Research planning, roadmapping and delivery.
• Qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Analysis, synthesis and communicating insights.
• Usability testing.
• Working with multidisciplinary and remote teams.
• Influencing stakeholders and demonstrating the value of research.
• Experience working in agile environments.
