UX Consultant (Pega) (contract)

Overview

Seeking a UX Consultant to design intuitive, user-centric experiences for internal and external portals integrating with Pega.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web portals integrated with Pega
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product, business, and development teams
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback
• Ensure consistency with design systems and accessibility standards

Must-Haves

• 5–8 years UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio of web and enterprise applications
• Experience designing portal / digital experiences
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience working in Agile teams

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Pega or BPM platforms
• Financial services domain

Compensation

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.34/hour - $73.96/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
