UX Designer User Research

Shape digital experiences at CarltonOne through user research and intuitive design for web and mobile platforms. Work across global products. As a UX Designer, you will understand user needs, create workflows, and improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, business stakeholders, and customers. Your work supports CarltonOne’s engagement platform across employee recognition, loyalty, rewards, sales, and channel incentive programs. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, and workshops Develop personas, journey maps, workflows, and experience models Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interaction designs Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and customers Iterate designs using research, testing, and feedback Requirements:

Three or more years in UX or Product Design Portfolio demonstrating user-centered methods and product outcomes Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, v0, or similar tools Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, and accessible design Experience with analytics, design systems, and WCAG Bring research, prototyping, collaboration, and accessibility expertise to CarltonOne’s global digital product experiences.
