UX Researcher for Enterprise AI & Analytics

CACI International Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a UX Researcher to ground an enterprise AI and data analytics program in real-world oversight workflows.

You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research with investigators, auditors, inspectors, analysts, and counsel, translating results into prioritized design and training actions. You will design usability testing for OIGChat, build adoption metrics, and map personas and workflows to guide development.
