Role Responsibilities

  • Walk through your end-to-end process for running customer research.
  • Discuss the software tools you use and why you selected them.
  • Explain your budget allocation and purchasing triggers for research platforms.
  • React to potential product messaging and go-to-market concepts.

Requirements

  • Currently work in product, UX, marketing, or insights at a small organization.
  • Have hands-on experience running or commissioning customer research projects.
  • Be involved in your team's software tool selection or budget decisions.
  • Be comfortable discussing your workflows on a remote video call.
