Validation and Verification Engineer

Overview

In this role you validate and verify the C2 sub-system that underpins the weapon system, ensuring threat understanding, engagement planning, and management in dynamic scenarios. You will collaborate across MBDA to contribute to the full product lifecycle and deliver real capability to protect the nation. The role focuses on defining C2 test scenarios, success criteria, and verification plans, supporting product development and equipment DA alignment. This is a hands-on position with opportunities for growth, training, and cross-functional impact within a mission-driven environment.

• Produce verification plans and agree verification methods with equipment DA
• Support and contribute to product development for the C2 system
• Collaborate across areas of MBDA to understand threats and manage engagements

• Systems design or systems engineering experience in software-based equipment
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with SysML, Rhapsody and DOORS (desirable)
