Senior Manager, Valuation & Performance Analytics

London | Hybrid, 3 days in the office

I'm working with a leading UK property landowner and investor on a client-side valuation role across a £13bn+ portfolio.

The role

  • Lead oversight of external valuations and challenge valuers, with RICS and IFRS compliance
  • Own the MSCI relationship and total return reporting
  • Present valuation and performance insight to Board and Committee
  • Drive automation across Argus Enterprise and Power BI

You'll need

  • MRICS (Valuation), 7-10+ years' experience
  • Strong Argus Enterprise and DCF skills
  • Advanced Excel, with Power BI preferred
  • Strong UK market knowledge and clear communication
