Vancity seeks a Financial Services Representative with communication and sales skills for full-time, permanent, on-site work at 4th Avenue Community Branch.

You will be the first point of contact for members, creating personalized experiences while supporting branch success. The position involves advice, relationship-building, digital banking tools, and CRM systems. You will explore everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection needs, then connect members with appropriate solutions or specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members warmly and create welcoming branch interactions
• Explore members’ everyday banking, borrowing, investment, and protection needs
• Provide guidance aligned with members’ financial goals
• Demonstrate online tools for independent banking management
• Follow through on commitments and specialist hand-offs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar
• Comfort working toward sales goals and offering solutions
• Digital confidence with CRM and banking tools
