Venture Capital Associate — Tech Growth & Founders

Cornell Search, an established venture investor, is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join its technology ventures team in Cardiff. The role offers hybrid working with two days a week in the office and close collaboration with ambitious founders and portfolio companies.

You will source and evaluate early‑stage technology opportunities, conduct due diligence, and help prepare investment recommendations while developing strong relationships with co‑investors and the wider ecosystem.
