Venture Capital Investment Associate

Apply financial modeling and market research as a Venture Capital Investment Associate supporting Booz Allen Hamilton Ventures. Manage active deals and engage founders.

This Associate supports a $300M corporate venture capital fund through due diligence, deal screening, and investment thesis development. The position evaluates technology companies, startup business models, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes. It also coordinates stakeholders and supports portfolio activities across Booz Allen Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage active deals through the investment process
• Conduct financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and technology reviews
• Screen inbound opportunities and source investments
• Produce research, presentations, white papers, and investment memos
• Coordinate legal, accounting, portfolio, and pipeline activities

Requirements:

• Two or more years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or technology
• Experience with financial analysis, valuation, and investment diligence
• Knowledge of venture capital, startups, and emerging technology markets
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree and effective communication skills
