Lead accounting operations at Havenly in Denver, overseeing financial reporting, close processes, and controls from the office. Drive accurate reporting across a growing home brands portfolio. As Vice President, Accounting & Controller, you will report to the CFO and partner with leadership. You will oversee billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and revenue recognition. The position also covers audits, tax filings, accounting policies, and financial insights. Key Responsibilities:
Optimize accounting operations, close processes, and audit procedures Ensure timely financial reporting, compliance, and statutory filings Coordinate annual financial and contract audits Lead accounting professionals through guidance and mentoring Improve controls, policies, procedures, and financial reporting Requirements:
CPA designation and 10+ years progressive accounting experience At least five years supervising or managing accounting professionals Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards NetSuite, ERP, and advanced Excel proficiency Curiosity about AI-assisted tools and cross-functional collaboration Bring CPA-led accounting leadership, reporting discipline, and operational ownership to Havenly’s Denver headquarters and growing brands.
