Vice President, Capital Advisory

We’re looking for a finance professional who can build client relationships and take ownership of M&A and private capital transactions.

You’ll work directly with business owners, buyers, investors and lenders, helping clients sell, acquire or finance businesses.

What you’ll do

• Take qualified opportunities through discovery and engagement.
• Manage client relationships and keep transactions moving.
• Coordinate preparation, investor and buyer outreach, diligence and negotiations.
• Work with our team to bring transactions through to closing.

We provide deal flow, systems and transaction support, with training tailored to your experience and a path toward Managing Director.

Who we’re looking for

Your background could be in investment banking, M&A advisory, private credit, corporate or commercial banking, wealth management or private banking.

We’re looking for strong financial understanding, clear communication and evidence that you can win business or drive transactions forward. Direct transaction experience is highly valued. We’re also open to strong client-facing finance professionals ready to develop those skills.

Compensation is tied to production, including engagement-fee commissions and participation in closed transaction fees.
