In this hands-on role, you design and deliver secure, scalable cloud and AI solutions across Azure, Oracle Cloud and AWS, shaping MUFG’s AI-enabled cloud platform. You work with cross‑functional teams to implement governance, security, and cost‑efficient patterns that support critical banking services. You’ll automate and deploy modern engineering practices, enabling rapid, compliant AI adoption at scale. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud and AI-ready solutions on Azure (primary), Oracle Cloud, and AWS (as onboarded)
  • Develop bespoke automation, integration, and AI-driven components
  • Build and maintain REST APIs, integration services, and identity-aware solution patterns
  • Deliver operational (BAU) and project support for cloud and AI workloads
  • Collaborate to enhance platform stability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency
  • Drive automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
  • Implement governance controls and guardrails for responsible, regulatory-compliant AI use
  • Produce architectural designs and engineering documentation for scalable patterns
Key requirements
  • Deep hands-on Azure engineering experience, including Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM/Terraform)
  • Strong Python and PowerShell for automation and AI workflows
  • Experience with cloud platforms and identity solutions (Azure, Entra ID)
  • REST API development, service integration, and OAuth2/token-based flows
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI SDK/models, AI service adoption
  • Knowledge of IAM, security patterns, governance, and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
