Atlantic Aqua Farms is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Finance to serve as the company’s senior financial leader and a key member of the executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for providing financial leadership across the organization, supporting business growth, and ensuring the company has the financial structure, systems, and insights required to achieve its long-term objectives. The Vice President, Finance will oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology functions while partnering closely with the executive leadership team, and operational leaders on strategic planning, capital allocation, financial performance, business transformation, and acquisition opportunities.

This position is based at our head office in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and is not a remote or hybrid role. Some travel within North America, and occasional international travel, is required. The successful candidate must hold a valid passport and driver’s licence and be available to travel approximately 10% of the time.
