In this role you will deliver highly complex, scalable software for a leading financial services firm, shaping reliable systems and guiding best practices across engineering. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive quality, automation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You’ll mentor juniors, lead design sessions, and advocate TDD and CI to uplift the development discipline. - Expert knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, and architectural patterns
- Expert knowledge of OOP
- Experience with Agile delivery (SCRUM preferred)
- Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications
- Good knowledge of database systems and design
- Strong knowledge of TDD, CI, and automation
- Ability to critically analyze designs and code and provide feedback
- Ability to document effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
