Lead Python-based Generative AI engineering for Citi’s Services Tech AI team, designing scalable platforms, applications, services, and infrastructure.

This senior engineering leadership role guides complex AI solutions across Citi business units. You will shape architectures with data science, technical, and business stakeholders while delivering production GenAI services. The work includes project leadership, governance, and coaching developers and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex Python-based GenAI platform and application development
  • Define architectures for Python-based business use cases
  • Drive deployment of GenAI products and process improvements
  • Manage technology delivery across complex enterprise projects
  • Advise teams on governance, risk, tooling, and standardization

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in software industry and enterprise software development
  • 6+ years developing scalable API-driven applications and systems
  • 5+ years delivering complex GenAI services into production
  • Experience with AIOps, monitoring, evaluation, CI/CD, and testing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
