Vice President, Production Services Application Support

- Drive improvements in availability, resiliency, SLA performance, and time-to-restore for critical platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
- Experience in global production services or application support for mission-critical platforms across multiple regions (follow-the-sun)
- Proven track record in incident, problem, and change management with measurable stability improvements
- Automation-first mindset with experience in tooling, observability, and process automation
- Deep technical/operational experience across production environments (monitoring, observability, resiliency, cloud, middleware, infrastructure)
- Experience supporting FX or capital markets platforms with understanding of trading flows and execution services
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic service improvements across operating model, governance, risk, and control frameworks
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across business, operations, and engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and messaging platforms (Kafka and MQ); programming/scripting languages such as Java and Python
