Vice President Technology Operations

Lead technology operations for BCI in Victoria or Vancouver, shaping cloud infrastructure, digital workplace services, and modern engineering practices.

As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will report to the SVP, Technology & Innovation and CTO. Lead approximately 32 people across a technology-forward investment organization. Shape BCI’s future-state platform through cloud-native capabilities, AI-enabled services, automation, and service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cloud and infrastructure services and systems
• Lead digital workplace services and systems
• Direct Service Desk and service management
• Oversee disaster recovery capabilities
• Advise the CTO on strategic technology priorities

• Technical credibility and strategic vision
