VIP Desktop Engineer & VDI Specialist

Ampstek is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support professional to provide frontline and VIP-level IT support in Jersey. You will resolve incidents, maintain hardware, and support VDI environments across multiple sites.

You will also create knowledge base articles, collaborate with teams, and conduct executive hardware refreshes while visiting sites in Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man. Strong Windows expertise and ITIL familiarity are essential.
