Virtual Card Services Specialist

Support virtual card services in Mississauga through technical troubleshooting, data management, and secure file transfer for patient support programs.

At Shoppers Drug Mart, this Specialist role supports financial assistance cards for high-cost medications and retail pharmacies. You will coordinate policy setup, activation, and termination while working with program management. The position also manages reports, documentation, and project requests across SHN programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to SHN staff and pharmacy system communications
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving financial assistance cards
• Create, validate, audit, and review financial assistance reports
• Manage data and secure file transfers
• Report adverse events and product technical complaints promptly

Requirements:

• Two to five years of relevant pharmacy or reimbursement experience
• Experience managing large datasets
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to protect patient confidentiality and meet deadlines
