Virtual Chief Information Officer Advisor

Shape technology strategy as a Virtual Chief Information Officer, advising executives through roadmaps, cybersecurity, and investment planning. Manage a portfolio of clients as their trusted technology advisor.

This advisory role owns strategic technology relationships across client portfolios. You will translate business priorities into roadmaps, budgets, risk decisions, and clear recommendations. Success depends on executive communication, business judgment, and technical depth across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with executives and compliance stakeholders
• Lead strategic business reviews focused on outcomes and risks
• Develop multiyear technology roadmaps and budgets
• Present investment scenarios, costs, benefits, and dependencies
• Document risks, decisions, owners, and accepted outcomes

Requirements:

• Five or more years in IT consulting or technology leadership
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior executives
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity
• Experience developing roadmaps, budgets, and business cases
• Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
