Virtual Medical Assistant / Patient Advocate (Fully Remote)

Act as a non-clinical member of the patient's healthcare team, supporting patients and providers. Provide empathetic, high-touch service, resolving non-clinical needs and communicating next steps. What You'll Do: Provide support to patients and providers, triaging and resolving messages in the Care Center. Investigate complex situations, working with teams to translate information for patients. Contact pharmacies and insurers for prescription needs, including benefits verification. What You'll Bring: 1-2 years in patient-facing admin, healthcare, or customer service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
