Position: Graphic Designers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real graphic design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models .
• Work through structured design workflows, emphasizing branding , layout , typography , and visual communication .
• Provide clear explanations of creative decisions to enhance AI model training .
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams, ensuring flexibility and independence in task completion.
• Support the benchmarking and improvement of cutting-edge AI models .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2–3 years of professional or freelance experience or current postgrad design students .
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , Affinity , or Canva .
• Own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor , running macOS 15 or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Portfolio showcasing experience with branding , layout , typography , and visual communication .
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.

Start Date

• Immediate start preferred .
