As a Senior Delivery Manager in Vodafone UK Networks, you guide end-to-end RAN site delivery from nomination to operations transfer, partnering with delivery partners to design, acquire, build and activate sites. You’ll help ensure delivery aligns with budget, plan and safety standards while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives and enhance customer experience as we scale the nation’s network. • Lead end-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination to transfer to operations within a region
• Collaborate with delivery partners to design, acquire, build and activate RAN sites within budget and plan
• Coordinate with supporting teams and stakeholders to ensure site delivery aligns with project, programme and business objectives
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety obligations, policies and regulatory requirements
• Build relationships across teams and with leaders to enable successful project delivery
• Utilize data and insights to inform decisions and improve operational plans

• Experience in RAN Deployment programmes with multiple contracts and suppliers
• Technical expertise in design, acquisition, or build for site deployment
• Understanding of health, safety and quality standards and first-time-right delivery
• Ability to build relationships across teams and with leaders
• Decision-making, problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Experience using data/insights to influence operational and strategic plans
