Overview

In this role you will own the delivery and lifecycle of DxIDM, Headless Identity, and broader IAM services, ensuring secure authentication across digital products. You will build scalable APIs to support identity federation and SSO, collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams, and drive performance and consistency in identity patterns. You will shape the platform strategy and lead incident resolution, contributing to a new culture and roadmap as VodafoneThree and Three unite. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact nationwide digital experiences within a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full delivery and lifecycle of DxIDM, Headless Identity, and wider IAM services
  • Ensure secure, seamless authentication and authorisation across digital products
  • Build and evolve scalable APIs supporting identity federation and single sign-on
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to align capabilities
  • Continuously monitor, optimise, and improve identity service performance
  • Drive adoption of consistent identity patterns across stream-aligned teams
  • Maintain compliance with security, privacy, data protection, and access-control standards
  • Support integrations with enterprise platforms and third-party identity providers
  • Lead major incident resolution, ensuring resilience and continuous improvement
  • Shape the platform strategy through insights, partnerships, and hands-on enablement
Key requirements
  • strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
