Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer in the Future Tooling team, you’ll build and configure a new ServiceNow platform across key modules while integrating with other systems. You’ll translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and maintain high code quality within Agile delivery. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to optimise service delivery and operational efficiency, contributing to VodafoneThree’s mission to connect people and empower communities. This role offers hands-on technical impact in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with opportunities to explore AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements across CSM, ITSM, FSM and SPM
  • Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud and middleware, using TM Forum standards where appropriate
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality, performance, governance, and participate in peer reviews
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects within Agile and structured delivery environments
  • Leverage ITSM, FSM and SPM modules to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices in ServiceNow development
Key requirements
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development including scripting and workflow configuration
  • Experience with platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys Cloud)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ITSM best practices and FSM/SPM modules
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
