In this role you help design and build reliable platforms that serve colleagues and customers, with a focus on automation and smooth operations. You’ll work with cloud technologies and cross-functional teams to maintain secure services, deployment pipelines, and observability. • Build and maintain internal tooling across multiple tech stacks
• Participate in deployment pipelines and automated testing to speed and secure delivery
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting for system health
• Support SLOs, automation tasks, and CI/CD practices to improve reliability
• Collaborate with engineers from different teams to align on tooling and processes
• Learn and apply cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) with guidance from experienced teammates
• Ensure security and reliability of services for both teams and customers

• Curious, self-driven attitude with willingness to learn new tools and ways of working
• Experience with deployment pipelines and automated testing
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting practices
• Willingness to work with multiple languages/environments and support cross-team tooling
• Understanding of cloud concepts and basic operations in AWS or Azure (learning-focused)
