In this role you will help embed quality across the software development lifecycle as a Test Coordinator within VodafoneThree’s security-focused team. You’ll work closely with the Test Manager and cross‑functional partners to deliver reliable, secure testing outcomes across SIT, UAT, non‑functional, and OAT scenarios. Your efforts will drive traceability, incident resolution, and service reliability for customers and internal stakeholders. The role offers hands-on testing leadership in a fast-paced environment with exposure to critical national infrastructure projects. You’ll join a mission to strengthen cyber security and digital connectivity across the UK.

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and releases
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure testing quality and SLA achievement across SIT, UAT, Non-Functional Testing, and OAT
• Translate requirements into test plans, cases, and quality criteria
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, and execution results
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify, track, and resolve issues
• Support incident investigation and resolution to maintain service reliability and performance
• Configure, install, test, and support technical solutions with secure operations
• Monitor and maintain servers, applications, devices, OS, and supporting infrastructure
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues
• Contribute to maintaining departmental accreditations and meeting service targets
• Support day-to-day management of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure

• Experience designing and delivering test strategies across multiple projects and testing cycles
• Full software testing lifecycle expertise from Unit Testing to OAT
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Risk identification with mitigation planning and on-time delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration
• Proactive, inclusive, customer-focused approach with passion for quality
• ISTQB Foundation Certification in Software Testing, or proven testing leadership experience
• Hands-on Windows Server 2019 administration
• Knowledge of VMware administration and virtualised environments
• Experience with SolarWinds monitoring and management tools
• Familiarity with Cisco CUCM and Cisco ISE
• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
• Experience with PKI environments and certificate management
• Entry-level SAN knowledge
• Familiarity with Veritas NetBackup
• Ability to obtain and maintain DV Security Clearance
