Overview
In this role you will design, plan, and implement advanced Zoom UCaaS and NICE CXOne solutions to power a greenfield equities trading platform. You’ll join a skilled, collaborative team to deploy and support global voice and video infrastructure, shaping a modern, cloud-based communications backbone. You’ll work with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to drive reliable, scalable telephony and video services. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence critical trading technology and customer interactions.

- Architect and deploy Zoom cloud (UCaaS) telephony and video systems
- Configure and support NICE CXOne cloud Contact Centre
- Troubleshoot, log analysis and network traces for voice/video issues
- Collaborate with Security, Network, and Systems teams on infrastructure planning
- Provide third-level support and training to IT staff
- Manage ServiceNow tickets for operations and projects
- Prepare capacity plans for network, bandwidth, security, and growth
- Contribute to technology roadmap and project budgets
- Participate in multi-team projects involving voice, video, and infrastructure
- Engage with customers and vendors during development phases
- Lead or contribute to implementation of new voice/video technologies
- Cisco CCIE (Collaboration)
- Strong LAN/WAN knowledge with QoS, DNS, DHCP, firewall fundamentals
- Operational experience with Cisco UCM, UCCX, Expressway, and WebEx support
- Cloud telephony and contact centre experience
- Expert knowledge of voice/video platforms and SIP, including CUBE/SBC
- Experience provisioning Zoom phone/video and UCaaS solutions
- Experience with NICE CXOne Contact Centre
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, QoS, DHCP, DNS
