VP Defect Governance & Test Leader

State Street is seeking an experienced Defect Test Manager to lead governance across Alpha implementations. You will drive end-to-end defect lifecycle management, prioritisation, remediation and evidence-based go-live decisions while coordinating cross-functional teams globally.

Leverage data-driven metrics, establish robust defect controls and report to programme leadership to protect delivery milestones and client confidence.
