Key Responsibilities: • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various disciplines • Drive improvements in engineering standards and practices • Manage performance metrics for software quality and supportability • Execute delivery commitments across engineering and product disciplines • Ensure modern architectures adhere to enterprise standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field • At least 10 years in progressive engineering roles • Senior experience in application and platform development • Expertise in CI/CD and test automation • Experience with implementing AI-enabled engineering solutions
