  • Supporting the ongoing evolution of Salesforce and wider technology platforms

  • Proven ability to unite cross-functional teams and break down organisational silos
  • Hands-on approach with the confidence to engage in technical, architectural and operational detail
  • Experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to make informed decisions, prioritise effectively and create momentum
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of linking technology investment to business outcomes
  • Experience working within fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, analytics solutions or internal AI initiatives
  • Understanding of how customer, product and operational data can drive business performance

What They Offer

  • Base salary of £160,000 - £180,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
  • 20% annual bonus
  • Opportunity to lead multiple business-critical functions under a single remit
  • Significant influence over data, technology and AI strategy
