VP, Enterprise Risk & Compliance - Build Global ERM Program

CoreWeave seeks a VP, Enterprise Risk and Compliance to own the Global ERM and Compliance function within the Finance team. You will build frameworks, governance, and processes to proactively manage risk at scale, and centralize compliance management.

You will lead a lean risk team, interact with the Board and Audit Committee, and design a comprehensive ERA process with KRIs. The role requires executive presence and experience shaping risk in fast-moving, high-growth technology environments.
