VP, Leveraged Finance Structuring & Execution - EMEA

Nomura is seeking a Vice President in London to lead structuring and documentation workstreams across deals from marketing to closing. You will develop strategies to win mandates and coordinate with outside counsel to ensure robust financing structures.

You will bring a qualified law background with at least 4 years PQE in leveraged finance, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
