Walk-Up IT Support Technician (Windows & Devices)

AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking a Level 2 IT Support professional to run our Walk-Up Technical Bar, performing break fixes, device hot-swaps, and delivering a great user experience. You will handle Windows OS, printers, and network issues, while following enterprise IT processes.

The role requires solid experience in help desk/support environments, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical terms for end-users.
