Walk-Up Tech Bar Engineer — First-Line IT Support

Lockton Companies in London seeks a proactive Tech Bar Engineer to join the Technology Service Delivery team. You will be the first contact for associates with technology issues, delivering quick resolutions and accurate incident logging at the walk‑up Tech Bar.

You will diagnose common issues on the spot, triage more complex ones, educate users on basic troubleshooting, and maintain a welcoming Tech Bar environment. ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and ITIL knowledge are a plus.
