Warehouse IT Support Engineer – 1st Line

Marks Sattin is seeking a 1st line IT support specialist to provide functional and technical assistance for a warehouse IT system. You will diagnose issues, restore service quickly, log incidents, and support end-users across floor and office locations.

Training will be provided to cover the warehouse application. You will perform triage and troubleshooting for incidents, including hardware, applications, and connectivity, and assist with basic Linux administration and SQL queries.
