NewCold in Wakefield is seeking a Key User / IT Systems Specialist to bridge warehouse operations and IT. You will oversee the day-to-day system operations of our automated site and support the technology that keeps our warehouse running efficiently.

Working with IT specialists and operations, you will configure hardware, manage user access, troubleshoot issues in MFCS/C3/CHUI-like systems, and help drive continuous improvement across our logistics platforms.
